One of my favorite activities is to walk around and observe the world (what Raymond Queneau describes as an "antiopée"). For an urban engineer, this often means observing all kinds of infrastructure, identifying what they do, how they impact people's lives, and how they interconnect. Here are some photos (and one video) I have taken around the world over the years.
